oh.. did i mention i m hooked on mario forever and bomberman? haa.. they're super fun! brings back lots of memories.. more screenshots in my next post.. =]

o.. and to those who are interested in the chocolate fondant cake i baked some time ago.. here's the recipe and some pointers..

FOR 10++ SERVINGS

What You Need:
280g semisweet / bittersweet chocolate (abt 70% cocoa) [van houten is good enough.. unless you're loaded.. get hershey's or even royce]
200g butter
8 eggs
260g sugar [cut down on this.. rather sweet if u r usin semisweet choc.. fine ones will have a smoother texture]
160g all-purpose flour (plain flour)

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4
2. Grease 10 large muffin tins/cups, paper muffin cups can also be used [not recommended]
3. Break chocolate into pieces and melt it with butter over hot(boiling) water
4. Beat the eggs with sugar and mix with flour
5. Slowly fold in melted butter and chocolate
6. Bake at 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4 for 8-12mins[abt 9 is enough]; the outer part should be cooked and the inner part liquid
7. COOOL them before removing them from the trays.. grease them sufficiently before baking to ensure an easier time getting them out from the trays
8. Serve them WARM with a scoop of ice-cream and some fruits for garnishing. WARM to see the flowly chocolate inside.. =]

i m at a loss as a drama serial broadcasted its last episode last night.. as he was busy at work.. and the tv arent nice today.. i watched 200pounds beauty.. yepz.. finally.. my dip group were watching it in school today.. but i decided not to.. coz i can foresee my evening to be rather free..

today is not a good day..

for no reason.. i dunnoe why.. i actuallie scratched my rims.. against the kerb.. perhaps i m not in the state to drive.. but i still managed to drive myself home today.. perhaps was rather tired after a day in the lab..

hie hie! i m back..

finally my project is getting somewhere[i mean further..]haha.. the search page is up.. the categorisations are done.. the pages are all in the last editting phase! hmm.. but there's still lots of design work to do.. now that's when the artists are required..

been busy playing mario as well.. haha.. it's the classic one.. on pc.. anyone wants a copy of it can msn me.. =]

and.. shopped alil over the weekends.. bought a pair of shorts from miss selfridge.. hmm.. i need to go far east one of these days.. one of these days only..

attention everyone! if u happen to come across any special offer to taipei.. hurry up send a sms to me! esp. if it's jetstar.. for travelling in late july though.. hmm.. haha.. i think i might go kl in june.. i dunnoe.. shld be? msia sales.. haha..

oh no.. i m going so broke lately..

i apologise to my readers for not updating for so long..

been rather.. 'busy' in school with project.. and things arent going smoothly over the past week..

had a fabulous dinner at Akane Restaurant in Japanese Association at Adam Road on wednesday.. fresh sashimi.. authenthic sushi.. chestnut with smoothly rich red bean soup.. delicious yasai in uniquely formulated tempura sauce..

been eating soo much over the past week.. can feel the weight increment.. haha..

friday's dinner was at ikea.. meatballs after soo long.. wahh..

seriously.. i dont know what i m doing for this project.. haha..

but finally after 1 week.. my webpages are done.. not including the descriptions under the individual pages.. but now.. i have another problem..

how to upload the pages to the site? hahaha..

haha.. done complaining..

taking a breather from my study..

to thank people who made me feel that i m loved..

in chronological order of when it happened..

cheryl.. for waking me up in the morn to let me know she has started working.. and that she wants to cut her hair.. nevertheless.. i m glad i m thought of when a friend of mine is in need of me.. haha.. it's be great to catch up with her again.. after our island creamery trip the other day..
him.. for coming to school to have a simple lunch at canteen a.. it's the company that counts.. thank you.. =]

liquan ditong.. and their guys.. for coming down to ntu.. with donuts from donut factory.. a rose.. and a spread of dimsum that attracted lots of attention.. haha.. it's a wonderful pleasant surprise.. complete with catching ups.. and letting them know more of the isolated ntu island..



and to my only study buddy left.. haha.. for coming to school to study and clarify any doubts..

and.. in case mr jonathan lou wai leong happens to read the blog..
