the fork is inserted slowly into the soft cake.. and rich, dark chocolate flows out onto the plate.. ooze~ that's the chocolate fondant cake liquan n i baked yesterday..
best served warm with a scoop of ice cream..
it's been a long time since i last blogged.. and even a longer time since i last baked..
i m glad it's successful..
and i had fun eating chocolate fondue while baking.. dipping crunchy grapes into the rich chocolate we melted over the boiling water..
it sure is an enjoyment.. minus the heat..
what's more important.. is that smile.. on the person who's enjoying this luxurious cake..
more baking.. during the hols.. any takers?

if you ask me what i like.. obviously is apple cinnamon.. y do u think there's 2?even though kaya white chocolate and mocha lotus was on sale that day.. i din get them.. not appealing at all! cant imagine mocha with.. lian rong.. eeyer..
