brewerkz at clarke quay.. riverside point..
we were slightly late.. and drank golden ale and brown ale.. the former is slightly sweeter than the brown one.. but both taste so much better than tiger!!

bbq combo.. fish and chips.. seafood spaghetti.. cowboy burger.. jamablanca.. calamari rings.. cheesesticks..
i hope i din get the names wrongly..and after jon arrived.. we gave him our special combo plate-calamari rings.. fries.. cheesesticks..
and shortly after that.. some of them disappeared for 'toilet'.. and popped from behind me while i was reading sms..
with a big box and an ice cream cake above it..
lingered around the place.. ... blah blah blah..

bday part 6.. sentosa at night
after sending them to mrt.. we went sentosa.. it was quite scary to drive inside sentosa at that kind of time.. so dark.. but the beach was cool.. haha.. soft sands of siloso..and we left the place quite late.. but realised we haven been taking pics.. so started snapping away in jayden..
we were so tired.. that the pics din turn out nice at all.. hahaha..

bday part 5.. the surprise..

i suddenly heard a party popper and screamed! bloody.. haha.. and there was this cake from tiramisutra on the floor with the 3 candles..

i was too full to enjoy..liquan ditong and cheryl gave me an econs text..
and there was this citigems box at pg101..
they actually cut the pages and inserted the box..thanks babes..

bday part 4.. with him..
dinner at merchant court.. it was a suprise.. haha.. coz i din know he's goin there.. the food is oriental style.. it's quite good.. haha.. the durian puree was superb.. not not much durian for me.. and there's osyters.. yummy.. of course.. haha.. their fish is nice too.. and lots of desserts! includin choc fountain.. hee.. jambu with chocolate.. tried that?
after which.. we roamed the area coz we're too full.. and then he 'suggested' going lower seletar.. i objected to it.. haha.. and his eyes were damn red coz i was quite stubbon.. but i gave in in the end.. and went..upon reaching there.. he asked me to close my eyes n walk.. saying it's a trust test.. aiya.. i think i was stupid.. haha.. easily fooled.. and so.. yah.. haha.. all the way to the traffic light.. then cross the roads.. and then.. close again after that.. and walked to a bench..
at 12midnight.. he said he wanna go toilet.. v.urgent.. blooody! fancy goin toilet while countin down to my bday..
and......
once again.. he challenged me to walk with my eyes closed.. aiya.. i took up his challenge again.. and he started counting down when we were near the toilet.. i thot he was countin down the number of steps i need to get to the toilet..

bday dinner part 1 - damwow..
melben seafood.. famous for crabs..blk 232 ang mo kio ave 3 #01-1222.. opp. mayflower sec sch..
specialities.. crab beehoon soup.. butter crab..
yepz.. those 2 are must-try.. haha.. quoting from makansutra.. 'die die must try'..
the soup is superb.. tinge of sweetness.. and the butter crab.. ooooohhhhh.. one of the few times i eat butter crabs..
today is like one good reunion dinner for damwow.. been some time since the last one with all 6 eating and talking..
but.. it feels different.. dont know.. =]
and.. all thanks to the delicious crabs that dirtied our hands.. the thought of taking pics of the food slipped my mind..
hahaha.. and it's well within my budget.. i thought it'd cost like 200+++++.. but ended up.. less than 150..
that's 3 crabs.. 1 veg.. and 1 tofu..

ah zong o-ah-mee-sua.. haha.. way better than shilin in sg! no table.. no chopsticks.. sit and eat.. this is the one at shilin.. the one at ximending has no chairs at all.. u eat while standing..
today is the 7th of the 7th lunar month.. aka 7 xi jie.. soooo.. this is what you see at the bubbling ximending.. so damn cool.. so pretty.. look at the rocher bouquets below..

and this is the mystery clock.. one of the 6.. but not the 2 shown at exhibition..
it seems to disappear from a certain angle..
the other mystery clocks shown were.. the needles mounted on clear crystals.. u cant see any mechanism.. so i m still wonderin how the clock works..

hi hi hi.. finally a breather from the quizzes.. but only for this weekend.. coz exams is coming!!!anyway.. below is a map of where we walked yesterday.. hahaha.. damn coool.. explored some 'new' places in singapore.. hey all.. singapore isnt that boring after all k..
looks long? pls note that streed directory have the ability to magnify distances between places.. coz in fact they arent that far apart..
nway.. we went.. to the wrong place for cartier.. went sam instead of national museum.. haha.. okie.. so walked back to national museum.. cartier was awesome.. quoted from a tourist.. 'it's worth the wait..' oh mine.. if i hav the money.. i'd buy the tiger.. although i m not born in the year of tiger.. but it's beautiful.. haha.. and the trinity ring.. hmmm.. wow..
after that splendid display of diamonds n precious gems.. headed to fort canning in search of saga.. but too bad.. saga's season is over.. [it's sept for you info..] so juz enjoyed the greenery n peace.. breathing slightly fresher air as compared to the low visibility city area air that is filled with pollutants.. haha.. and strolled casually around the park to go the city hall side..
only to realise that we'd like to go clarke quay.. so off to clarke quay.. haha.. and roamed the area.. decided to explore riverside pt.. which was a pleasant suprise.. level 4 was good.. u enjoy a wonderful view of clarke quay riverside.. below is the pic..
it would have been better without the haze..and for your info.. that place has no one! hahaha..
oh.. brewerkz! haha.. you can see its interior from the building.. those microbreweries.. argh.. way coool.. haha.. okie.. next destination..

there resides meidi-ya supermart.. hahaha.. it's fun walking there.. loooking at all the exotic stuffs.. haha.. had too much joy laughing at the stuffs and the pricES!

oh great.. what a wonderful thing to happen 20days before my bday..according to a great friend.. this is his great theory of relationship..
so.. as quoted from him.. there are basically 3 stages in a relationship..
stage 1.. courtship..
also known as the most fun phase..
seems like everything is so perfect.. so beautiful.. you wouldnt care less about the indifferences.. the problems.. etc..
stage 2.. being together..
overall still quite sweet.. some problems surfaced.. but nothing big on the whole.. everything can still be settled easily..
stage 3.. being together for some time already..
it's time point of time where majority of the problems set in due to the indifferences..
this is also probabyly one of the most important period..
either make or break..
you start to have doubts.. perhaps even feel sian about your partner.. questionas like areyou really prepared to spend the rest of your life with this person appear..
the good news is.. if you can settle the indifferences.. the relationship will definitely emerge much stronger..
