i juz bought the bubbled shorts! couldnt stand it.. haha.. the shop assistant brought in more stocks.. haiz.. why? dont make it common pls.. anyway.. haha.. i think it's reallie a good experience to work in the service line.. u understand how those people felt when they man those shops.. sell those stuffs.. but.. it's a horrible one on the other hand.. coz u have to take shit from customers..

hmm.. i m one of those.. who will feel kinda.. bu she de when i have to leave a place.. or end whatever i m currently doing.. upon seeing my july schedule.. i can feel myself not wanting to leave the place.. haha.. i m like that.. dunnoe what's wrong.. mmm.. dunnoe.. perhaps i wont reallie feel it this way when july reallie comes.. haha.. with the low biz and all.. perhaps i wld juz hate it to the core then..

and molly.. crazy woman.. the customer also crazy fellow.. that woman who wore v.skimply yet fidgeting to adjust her clothes.. wenbin la.. ur customer! called lavender n claimed tt she cant get thru.. bet it's juz tt no one is pickin up.. nvm.. she called golden mile to look for her passport.. pls la.. we already said come down only after we call u.. not u call us! hmmmm.. nvm.. so molly did us a 'favour' by helping us to look for the taa no. and passport.. then she saw it tt wenbin din type 'collect at tgm or rrt'.. soooooo.. she called to scold.. haiz.. and she said alvin is another one and asked alvin to return her call.. hahaha.. but alvin doesnt want to.. bwahaha.. so he reallie din for the whole day.. hmm.. oh.. and she called again to look for tt woman's passport.. but tt woman already came to collect her passport.. and this time.. she juz requested for the mineral water.. and came back again for the 2nd bottle claimin tt the first was spilled.. cant reallie be bothered anyway..

oh.. i love the way ronaldhino moves on the field.. hahaha..

and.. i din mention that.. i wrote a blardy long essay.. for complain.. yes.. this woman actuallie bothered to call in and ramble on and on about her unhappy experience with us..

from.. even before booking.. just making enquiries.. to her return trip.. touching down in sg..

i mean.. if u were so unsatisfied with the service of the company.. would you still book with that company?

the answer to that question.. from any logical human being would be a clear cut NO..

i had to break it down into sections.. and giving them subheadings for easier processing by the relevant departments.. it was.. very very very long.. usually complaint only took up the front page with lines drawn.. but this woman.. used the front.. and i was only 1/4 thru her journey.. so had to flip it over to cont' her story.. and it came up to the back page 80% filled with my handwriting..

those who knows the size of my writing would be able to estimate how long it was..

eric is the king of indian visa! hahahaha.. it seems that he muz at least handle 1 indian passport everyday.. hahaha.. record of 3 today.. bwahaha.. somehow.. it juz seems tt the indians allll like to looook for him..

it's a mistake to work in regent star.. [lavender's transtar..]

i juz forked out.. abit of money.. which is enough to buy 2-3pairs of jeans from far east.. enough to take 15cabs from house to work or vice versa.. enough to buy my pair of bubbled shorts.. enough to pay for 3nights of accomodation at tw fortuna hostel.. enough to pay for approximately 24meals.. that's about all.. oh.. more than half of the new jacket i love..

now.. one more item to be striked off the list..

no more cabs to and fro work.. no more..

no more drinks during lunch..

no more drinks while out shopping..

no more late nights trips to 7-11 or cheers..

i juz bought a boook from kino! [yet another shallow entry..]

oh.. went with my sis to bugis village.. haha.. yes.. again.. i managed to spot a top that was selling at $8.. and asked her to juz buy it.. coz i think it's super nice.. for the price.. very worth it.. in the end.. she came home.. and found nothing to match with.. as a sister.. i passed her this white berms of mine.. and asked her to wear.. ta-dah.. sooo pretty.. so well matched.. hahaha.. reallie.. i love that top also.. white with green polka dots.. very nicee.. maybe i shall kope it and wear as well..

my mind is filled with the bubbled shorts.. somehow i feel that the shorts is reallie short.. hmmm.. argh.. about 6hrs of work in exchange for that pair of shorts.. the more i think about it.. the more my heart aches.. haiz..

and oh.. hahahaha.. i saw another adidas jacket.. now i can forget about the red jacket from puma.. this is orange with brown.. [this is the latest and most common combi at adidas now..] hahaha.. it's like the red tt i loved that time.. juz that this is orange with brown stripes instead..

met up with des n jas for 'tw sharing info session'.. haha.. jas is tempting me to stay longer.. now i wonder if the stay at hostel is a better choice juz to save money.. coz we wont have a tv to ourselves.. hmm.. now i hesitate.. but to save money.. hostel would be the no. 1 choice of course..

walked around.. now i think n80 is quite nice.. kelven is using it.. maybe i should ask him how he find that phone.. but.. it's soooo expensive.. i can buy the maroon and gold v3i with that amount.. haha.. hmm.. bought a pair of denim 3/4.. hmm.. then tried a white top from mink.. those puffy sleeves are attractive.. haha.. to me of course.. hmm.. then the bubbled shorts! i cant help but keep thinking of it.. like how nice.. haha.. of course.. it's not cheap either.. 37.80! haiz.. and given that jas said there's not much tops to buy in tw.. and more of bottoms.. perhaps i should stock up my tops and not the bottoms..

hmm.. thanks to eric n wenbin.. i m now 500+bucks away from my $80 commission for hitting $25k of sales for departures in june..

hmm.. had a reallie heavy day at work.. 1 big quotation was enough to kill me.. 5digits! 175people.. if i reallie clinched that.. i dun need to work hard for aug.. haha.. since it's low.. so the target is much lower.. bwahaha.. but i think i might juz use wenbin's account..

too bad for the customer.. reallie.. he wanted the premium coaches.. but transtar was able to accomodate to his wish.. for the simple reason that they do not have enough coaches to cater to his needs..

grrr.. haha.. what a great lunch hour i had today.. city link mall!

hmm.. coz melinda wants to get a pair of shoes.. so we went suntec.. then walked through the whole of citylink to arrive at cityhall mrt.. and took the train back.. what a good lunch right? breadtalk.. haha.. we were late for.. exactly 5mins.. no one would have noticed that anyway..

hmm.. a day at work without june nor jieling.. the office was empty.. so empty..

when i went in the morning.. chuan left for visa.. only left with amy.. wenbin and me.. how cool huh.. 3 people in the office till 11am.. florence.. okie.. 4.. alvin.. eric.. kelven and glenda din come in till 1pm.. hmm.. working life is certainly boring..

hmm.. on shopping.. hmm.. it isnt necessary to get all the super expensive branded goods.. one do not have to be seen full gear in those branded products to look good.. i always think that 1 or 2 items is enough to highlight everything..

i always think that i m contradicting myself at times.. coz i m somehow drawn to items that are more expensive even before realising their prices.. haha.. but doesnt mean i have to ge them into my wardrobe..

hmm.. yet another day ended.. been thinking about when i should end my work at transtar.. read the papers today.. the evening one.. on the accident.. haiz.. bus-truck accident.. according to the papers.. the driver repeatedly dozed off.. hmm.. come to think of it.. as a driver myself.. i feel that you cant reallie expect the driver to be ultra alert all the time.. haha.. especially at those hours.. it's tiring.. and it takes more than 1 driver to ensure the safety of the whole bus.. someone must be around most of the time to talk to the driver to keep him alert.. reallie.. from my own experience.. even after a day's of lessons.. i'd be so exhausted on my way home.. even music doesnt help.. it's kinda disastrous.. so please.. loud music.. self-responsibility.. and a companion are important..

nway.. today was abit better.. hahaha.. maybe reallie.. morning shift is the most slack one.. hahaha..

oh.. i dont know what's the occassion today that.. so many transtar staffs came over to pay a visit.. marcus came in for a reallie brief one to look for glenda.. jason.. alvin.. dewi and junxian came too.. i felt quite bad that i couldnt spend more time talking to them.. hmm.. i reallie miss them.. haiz.. and then.. afterwards at 7+.. jieling's friends who were working in the accounts dept came too.. hmm..

[okie.. i was never a sweet person.. but c'mon.. a change!] hahaha.. and the shorts.. it has pretty pleats.. haha.. sheesh.. fat thunder thighs still dare to buy tailor shorts..

hmm.. and we met priscilla at level2 by chance.. haha.. just stood at one side and started chatting.. oops.. sorry dt.. to make you stand there.. and oh manz.. i reallie miss the tgm people.. haiz.. no way i will be transferred back i guess.. i mean.. i m not pinning any hopes.. reallie.. as si said.. there is a reason why they transferred me to lavender.. and there must then exist another reason for me to be transferred back to tgm..

i reallie miss the days when i m happily busy at work.. when there werent so many eyes staring at what i m doing.. i somehow have the feeling that those watching cctv have a fetish to focus their eyes on the lavender side.. like today.. they came back late from dinner.. and office called in to scold i guess.. and glenda had to scold the 4 of them.. hmm.. haiz.. i mean.. over at tgm.. no one would have noticed that you disappeared..

hmm.. wahh.. if this goes on everyday.. i think i will die of boredom at work..

what i did as a TOUR CONSULTANT.. sold altogether.. 3 coach tickets.. collected balance payment for a package i did on monday.. how cool.. haha.. for the 9hours at work..

and what i did as a food packer at transtar.. packed 10+ big boxes and dunnoe how many plastic bags of food..

of course.. what i did as a slacker.. gossiped and sian-ed around with absolutely nothing to do.. no calls.. no walk-ins..

oh.. nway.. this morn.. a transtar coach from pen-sin met with an accident.. a passenger died.. i have yet to receive details.. coz apparently.. the perms arent really talking about it to us.. auntie poh hoon told us..

and.. this customer was really nasty.. for the whole of yesterdae.. she had been calling up to ask about her first class seats to genting.. her hotel stay n all.. and i remembered telling her v.clearly that.. if she reallie wants the trip.. pls come down and make payment as soon as possible.. if she comes b4 10am this morn.. everything will be okie.. but.. she called in at 11 to say that she cant make it.. and blah blah blah.. making a big scene to june over the phone.. then glenda asked her to fax in details of the trip that she wants.. and particulars.. wow.. i must reallie comment on her fax.. it was properly typed.. in a formal letter format.. and i was shocked to see the fax.. reallie.. hmm.. then i decided to read thru.. and god d*mn it.. i forgot to bring that back.. hahaha.. nway.. she was just blah-ing on why she cant make it.. how busy she is.. and that she can only come down on sunday.. first she said thurs evening on wednesday.. then she said sun.. and cheque payment instead.. what if the cheque doesnt get thru? and oh.. we need time to process the cheque anyway.. so i called her to say that cheque payment on sunday isnt possible.. how abt cheque payment today or cash/credit card payment on sunday.. as long as the payment is done before departure.. it will be okie.. then she started saying she cant take time off her busy schedule.. nvm.. so i thot i was nice to suggest her getting her husband down instead.. and she went.. 'my husband is not feeling well.. and i m at sgh for my appointment also.. after this i need to get back to the office..' then.. hmm.. okie.. i was still smiling while telling her that payment doesnt take her more than 10mins.. and then she said.. okie.. she will come and pay the day before departure.. haiz.. [i know this is a super long paragraph.. but i cant reallie help it..] hmm.. of course.. the answer to her request is a NO..

and guess what she said again..

'you offer first class coaches but not first class service.. what is it that..' and she literally went off like machine gun..

hahaha.. and glenda asked me to keep a copy in case she complains to molly..

it's really not my fault..

i have calculator disability.. this woman came yesterday to ask for quotation.. and as eric said.. i guess i punched the calculator my mistake.. and there was a difference of 100 from the correct one.. haiz.. my mistake.. hmm.. nway.. she said would i be able to charge her the price quoted if she were to produce that piece of paper.. hmm.. sometimes customers are quite ridiculous.. but that is certainly the right way.. haiz.. what to do.. why am i so careless..

after that.. i became reallie sian-ed.. just cant be bothered with this whole thing.. and i feel reallie bad for eric.. coz i was attending to an uncle.. and that woman came in.. he helped me to attend to her.. and gort scolding as well.. i feel reallie reallie sorry..

met up with weiling and olivia aftre work just now.. hmm.. had dinner at siam kitchen.. and cake.. hee.. the cake is nice.. i m quite fond of it.. the cream was light.. and it was rather cheap for the brand.. haha.. i shall get the mushroom one next time.. i mean.. that is cheesecake! hahaha..

i m d*mn shagged..

bought a pair of super duper retro shades.. and yet another 3 pairs of earrings.. bwahaha.. seng said at the rate i m going.. they will have to build me racks to hold the earrings.. hmm.. nway.. we went to pay siang a visit.. coz he was watching world cup at home.. finally after the first match ended.. we went upper thomson for prata!

yummy mushroom cheese prata.. theirs is the best.. the one at bt timah isnt as fantastic.. hmm.. jon called and after sending jinfeng home.. he joined us at siang's place.. for talks n world cup..

hmm.. some people are really persistent.. and i applause for their wonderful stamina.. they can repeat the same few lines over and over again.. like playing side a.. and after it finish.. play side b.. and this goes on and on..

yet another late night out.. i reached home at about 4am.. we went downtown east.. tingting's chalet.. hmm.. it's quite a weird situation.. coz.. we went there.. talked to victor abit.. and abit i mean like few lines.. and then we went into the room to watch tv and talk..

nway went golden mile in home clothes.. and i reallie mean clothes i wear at home.. hahaha.. coz i din plan to go over.. wanted to go pump and wash the car.. but jason called and so decided to drop by for awhile.. and sian.. met tian's mum there.. i was in fbt shorts.. can imagine her disapproval.. coz all along she doesnt want tian to be in fbt shorts.. let alone wearing it in public! hmm.. hahaha.. when i left.. joei's line kinda struck and hurt me.. she said.. 'wanling ah.. transtar is ur 2nd home huh?' hmmmm..

on tian's mum.. she talked to me for awhile.. saying something like if i can work in travel agency.. i m good.. coz customers scold u also smile.. thick-skinned.. haiz.. and guess what jonathan said.. he said.. 'i believe ur skin is thick enough..' i sincerely hope there isnt any hidden meaning.. i dont wish to read between the lines..

hmm.. nway.. over at tingting's chalet.. we[calline priscilla junxian and i] basically watched spirited away and chit-chat all the way till the end of the movie.. and left.. glenda.. florence.. jasmine and jonathan went as well..

was kinda lost in tampines while sending calline home.. after that.. went town to drop priscilla then junxian at the bus stops to take their night riders.. hmm..

today is an exciting day..

hahaha.. power failure at lavender! which means.. NO cctv.. NO systems.. NO phone calls.. NO work!

bwahaha.. it happened reallie quickly.. like i was on the phone with a customer.. and suddenly.. 'phew'.. everything went off.. the line was cut off.. and i thought it was temporary.. haha..

then.. after awhile.. the lights and all.. came back for a mere.. 10seconds? hahaha.. damn funny.. i just bent down to push the power on button on the cpu.. and then.. i saw the led lighted up.. and next second.. it was gone.. hahaha.. then this went on and off for quite some time.. lasting a total of about an hour or so..

and.. we caused a tsunami!!! or rather.. domino effect.. coz the server is actually at lavender.. and so golden mile and boonlay couldnt access also.. which means.. they can use the phones.. hear the phones ring but not check the system.. hahaha.. it was reallie exciting..

when the power came back at 11+.. i quickly did visa for 2 customers.. and just when i logged in to print.. the power went off again!!!!!! i reallie wanted to kill someone at that point in time..

enough of work..

hmm.. i went to visit mich after work.. she was standing-in for a friend at bugis.. hahaha.. just slacked around.. standing.. haha.. hey woman.. i m set on finding out more about karl manz.. hahaha.. haha..

hmm.. haiz.. i m still working morning shift for friday..

molly left so early.. while i was serving a customer.. hmm.. anyway.. i gort myself into deep shit recently at work..

firstly.. my day cash actuallie short of $10 last night.. then today.. the customer's 4 reserved tickets that i released a few days ago.. actually very much wanted by the customer.. and he's a regular.. now the seats are gone.. and i have to take responsibility to come up with the best arrangement for him.. in the end.. the other double seaters arent kind enough to give up their seats.. i dont blame them la.. hmm.. so i asked the idiot who forced me to get her those 5seats to do the swop instead.. so now.. it's 2 singles in front and behind each other.. and a double.. i really hope they dont quarrel on the bus..

next.. there was this invoice.. i re-issued yesterday already.. but i have to re-issue it again today coz it was night departure and i did morning.. haiz.. so screwed..

and then.. bloody.. i booked the hotel for the customer on the wrong day.. heng ah.. the customer spotted it and glad that he din make a big fuss out of it.. juz called jackie to cancel n i rebooked.. and i think jackie is reallie nice..

hmm.. still have.. i was supposed to reserve 2 tickets.. and i only reserved 1.. how blur! and coz i was doing a package for the customer who came yesterday.. i passed it to eric.. haiz..

hmm.. ultimately..

i couldnt find a nets receipt of $77.. grrr.. i dun wanna work already la.. everyday lose money.. what's the use of working..

just backed from chatting session with des n mich.. we had a reallie long chat.. 3hrs..

mich moved house.. yah.. no notice.. coz according to her.. she is still absorbing the news.. hmm.. nway her new place is very near des' house.. super duper near..

hmm.. it's nice catching up with them.. haha.. and poor mich.. she was contemplating her choices for the engineering.. like mae first or eee first.. so after grapevine chased us away.. we went her place to get her lappie out to mac.. and she was reading the course curriculum..

nway.. on eee.. i was disheartened by the taxi driver that day.. saturday on my way down to pc show with seng n jon.. the uncle said he was from eee.. i dunnoe if he's an uni or poly grad.. and that he lost his job in dec.. kinda sad huh.. is that what u do after eee? or i mean.. is eee reallie not in demand?

anyway.. checked results in office today.. hc805 results not out yet.. funny huh.. nvm..

bloody sian now.. coz the results is like how shit.. my gpa is pulled down by 0.5.. that is enough for you to guess how bad the results are..

hmm.. anyway.. just heard that jasmine's last day tmr.. i m reallie glad to hear that.. i just dont like her working attitude.. full stop..

work is becoming slightly more bearable as we have a common enemy now.. of course.. not as united as golden mile.. coz over at golden mile.. everyone has a common n open enemy.. hahaha.. hahaha.. yea.. it's that bear we're talking about..

hee.. i went botanic garden with seng and ee today.. wow.. we had a really long walk.. from the orchard side to bukit timah side.. snapping photos along the way.. hahaha..

anyway.. went shopping for awhile in town.. we were damn tired.. my legs were aching.. really.. and as much as i wanted to try the clothes.. i decided not to hold them back..

went bugis village instead.. finally.. the long awaited bugis village adventure.. hahaha.. but still.. i din get anything other than 3 pairs of earrings.. i dont know when i will wear them.. hahaha.. super duper ultra retro.. ooooh.. time to get retro apparels to go with them..

nway.. on my way to botanic garden.. i saw this girl.. she was reallie retro.. and the dress she was wearing looked like she took it out from her mum's wardrobe..

finally bought t30 its home to sleep in.. it's a green crumpler camera pouch.. totally matches the green crumpler..

i have decided to go shopping again on tuesday after work.. coz..

over at lavender.. the people knock off on time.. and they go off on their own.. not like golden mile.. where they seem to keep a look out for each other.. hmm.. never mind.. and at lavender.. my passion for the job diminished in just 2.5days.. honestly speaking.. i really loved this job.. i m glad i took up tian's offer that time.. i love talking to people and when they finally decided to take up the offer.. i m pleased.. and i used to smile alot speaking over the phone in golden mile.. now i dont.. i dont see the point coz the people at lavender look like they go to work just to kill time.. imagine them having a line to themselves? like line8 is reserved for A and line7 for B that kind? i cant really be bothered with them given this kind of attitude..

and soo.. i have decided not to be the extraordinary one among them.. since my passion is gone.. knocking off on time should please me.. i can now go home for dinner on time.. and have more personal time.. to watch tv.. and enjoy.. like shopping on weekdays..

time passes really slowly.. i hate this kind of feeling..

i think i m a workaholic.. i dont like to be paid doing nothing.. oh.. dont talk about the part with folding paper napkins and plastic bags.. in uniform somemore.. felt so much like a factory worker..

i missed my hectic life at transtar golden mile..

nway.. i gort my schedule for june in lavender.. bwahaha.. i think molly is trying to make up for the transfer so asked glenda to give me a brilliant schedule.. which service industry can give their staffs this timetable..

mon-fri.. 9-6pm.. sat-9-1 or 2-6 then sun off..
